I can feel it in my veins. The creativity pulsing through my heart and in my mind…

Recently I sold $4,700 worth of art work to support a show that I am having on December 10th @ Space Gallery. I’m very excited to see the fruits of my labor as I’m spending $6,500 dollars on the show it self. It’s done in an extremely beautifully process. I’m face mounting 1/2 inch plexiglass to a special c-type paper called Fuji Flex. The plex is fixed to the paper with a translucent adhesive. It is VERY high tech and modern. I’ve used a paper called Kodak Metallic in the past, but the plexiglass does not adhere to this paper as well as the Flex does. I’ve redone my entire process in this style and the show will look incredible and contemporary. So, now that you’ve heard about what I’m doing, come and see it for yourself… That is the only step left in this process :

Now for the part where I talk about what I’m going through… Life has been rough lately. I’ve been couch surfing for the last 2 months. I haven’t had a real place to call home in too long. I’m working on making my show work, and not just my show, my entire life. Seeing as how the show is called TransDimensional, it’s a perfect title not only for the show, but what I’m currently going through. And the best part is: through all the chaos… beautiful things are blooming.

Just a little taste of what I’ve been working on recently:

I’ve Been Sooooo Busy that I….

I don’t have much time, but I’d like to thank some people in my first blog…
-Mona, for being the best fashion designer ever.
-Doug, for being visually out there.
-Taryn, for being an awesome model.
But mostly,
-Bryce… for being the best mentor ever and allowing me to push myself with resources I can’t pay for yet. For being a great roll model when I had no one else to look up to. And for having “a heart of gold.”

I present to you: the cumulation of my knowledge thus far…rb3_6681.jpg
